Currently, we ship to North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania (Australia & New Zealand).

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices depend on your location. Our shipping rates range between USD$10-$20 as a flat fee for each purchase.

Shipping within Asia: USD$10

International Orders: USD$15-$20

Please note that We ship all our pieces from Singapore. Therefore, all international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. Wild About is not responsible for any duties or import taxes.

When will my order arrive?

Most of our orders are shipped 2-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-14 business days of its ship date. However, delivery times depend on the destination country.

Due to Covid-19, DHL services are operating at a slightly reduced capacity due to airline reductions. Please note that international shipments will arrive later than normal. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Will I be charged extra taxes after my item clears customs?

As we ship all our pieces from Singapore, please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Wild About is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. If you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, feel free to email Customer Service at and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your requests.

Will the Covid-19 situation affect my delivery?

We aim to have all orders shipped within a few business days of your order being placed. However, due to COVID-19, our warehouse is operating at a limited capacity so your order may face shipping delays.

Don’t worry — as soon as your order ships out, you will receive and email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Thank you so much for your patience!

How can I track my order?

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

Can I return my order?

Should you wish to return any item, please contact our customer service at to confirm if the order can be returned.

We only accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within *30 days of their ship date. Once your return has been scanned and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue store credit as agreed upon prior.

You will be responsible for returning your items back, including all shipment fees. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final and no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
